Abstract
This index describes the C. G. S. de Villiers collection consisting of various documents including family documents belonging to Prof. Cornelius Gerhardus Stephanus de Villiers, professor in Zoology, 1923-1959 at the Stellenbosch University, author, and music and theatre lover. The collection contains correspondence and photos of Scandinavian and Italian authors and South African statesmen ; correspondence about a visit to the USA ; manuscripts of plays ; radio programmes ; essays and publications about music ; genealogy ; newspaper clippings ; personalia in 5 pamphlet boxes and 1 folder.
