The Nederduits Gereformeerde Kerk in Gansbaai has a bell from the same foundry as the church bells from the same denomination in Gamka East, Witsand and Simondium. The decorations on the bell are rather minimal but sufficiently clear to inform us about the foundry. Below the shoulder are two moulding wires that surround a decorative band which contains fish-like figures separated by the Christian symbol of the Cross and Rho sign. On the waist below it figures 1953, giving information on the time of founding by the PETIT & GEBR. EDELBROCK foundry in Gescher, Westfalen, a district in Germany.
