The programme includes various advertisements, a list of upcoming weekend events, the Chairman's folk festival message to readers as well as an attached application to join the South African Folk Music Association. The order of events included a list of act titles accompanied by names of performers. Those featured in the concert include Sean Rennie, Jimmy and Martin, The Fellows, Four City Folk, Eric Solomon, The Mule and Val Phillips amongst others. The programme also made mention of guest artists which included Ian and Ritchie, Gary Bryden, Clem Tholet and Mike Sears.
