Abstract
Newspaper advertisement by the Independent Media Commission (IMC) stating that the use of state resources to further the interests of a political party is a violation of the law. The advertisement also provides information on the establishment and role of IMC in ensuring a free and fair election through the monitoring of all television and radio stations, making sure all political parties are treated fairly by broadcasters.
