Newspaper advertisement by the Transitional Executive Council (TEC) delivering a message to all public servants including members of the security forces addressing concerns about their futures following the events of the historic elections of April 1994. The advertisement appears on page 4 of the Sunday Times newspaper dated 10 April 1994.
