Abstract
Newspaper advertisement by the African National Congress (ANC) communicating their plans to address the significant number of South Africans who are unemployed as a result of the National Party's (NP) economic policies and mismanagement of funds. The advertisement refers to the ANC's plans to prioritise job creation and implement a National Public Works Programme which they believe will create 2,5 million jobs over a ten year period.
