The Nederduits Gereformeerde Kerk in Wynberg was founded in 1829 and has an old bell-tower. The bell has no inscriptions, even no clapper. What makes the bell somewhat unusual is the very large number of moulding wires just below the shoulder, on the sound bow and on the lip.
An interesting feature of the church is a clock made by J.F. Weule from Bockerem in 1892 on behalf of the local agent E. Burmester. Also the church in Kuilsrivier has a clock from this agent.
