dc.description127. Bignoniaceae. A. Tecomaria capensis (Thunb.) Spach. 1. Twig with visiting butterfly, Eronia leda. Natal. 2. Anther, but not quite accurate, for the two cells are connate in the upper one-third. 3. Pistil. 4. Section of ovary. 5. Floral diagram. B. Rhigozum obovatum Burch. 2. Capsule, the two valves separated along their middle nerve, not at the edges of the carpels (loculicidal mode of opening). 3. Seed, section showing one of the two cotyledons.
