dc.description	Fam. 3. Potamogetonaceae. A. Potamogeton natans L. Fam. 4. Aponogetonaceae. B. Aponogeton distachyus L. fil. 1. Rootstock. 2. Leaf without the petiole. 3. Inflorescence with a short piece of the peduncle. 4. Flower with the solitary perianth-segment. 5. Fruit of 5 follicles, with the remains of the stamens, each follicle mostly with 2 or 3 seeds in its base. C. A. angustifolius Ait. Plant with rootstock, floating leaves, bud, fully developed bifid inflorescence and fruit (the latter submerged). 2. Seedling with first batch of roots.
