Newspaper advertisement by the National Party (NP) in which they criticise the African National Congress (ANC) and the Democratic Party (DP) in their stance on granting all prisoners voting rights. The NP uses the image of the notorious Cape Strangler as a means of emphasising their concerns over such criminals having a vote, and questions both the ANC's and DP's stance on law and order and their ability to uphold the rights of innocent South Africans. The advertisement is compiled and issued by Marthinus van Schalkwyk.
