The Verenigende Gereformeerde Kerk in the northern section of the city has been built by W. Bronkhorst in 1969. In the tower hangs a bell from an unknown founder.
There are few decorations on the large bell that - from its general appearance - seems to be of German origin. Below the shoulder are two inscriptions, on one side stands
Montagu 1969
