Argues that “White Politics” is not irrelevant if set against the discrepancy of a political system where [white] people in Parliament can make binding decisions about the majority of their [non-white] countrymen, without them being able to vote for those people or call them to account; believes that the pressure for systematic reform must be continued and that it is the historic responsibility of a “white” Parliament to start the process of evolutionary change that will allow every South African to have full citizenship.
