dc.description	123. Scrophulariaceae. A. Halleria lucida L. 1. Small twig, with flowers and fruit. 2. Flower slit open. 3. Anther. B. Hyobanche glabrata Hiern, parasitic on Pteronia incana. 2. Stamen. C. Striga elegans* Benth., parasitic on grass roots. D. Aptosimum indivisum Burch. 1. Small plant. 2. Corolla in long. section. E. A. abietinum Burch., small piece, with flower and the capsules of several seasons. F. Peliostomum leucorhizum E. Mey. Capsule. *The colour of the flowers on the plate is not quite correct, being usually more scarlet with a dash of orange, but specimens with paler flowers do occur.
