Plant recorded in the field as mʘahi and identified as Coccinia aff. rehmanii by Maguire (1986). Traill (2018) confirms the !Xóõ name as ʘnâ̰e. Eaten baked. Tuberous root brought into Takatshwane camp by !Kai !Kai. Specimen retained for growing. 4 to 7 inches long. See page opposite to 12b in photo notebook
