Both articles pertain to performances presented by The Long Haired Freaky People. The first article talks about a series of shows featuring top artists forming part of the Herald-Sponsored Preview Week scheduled to begin the following Tuesday. It was also mentioned that three staged venues were allocated for the artists who were also scheduled to perform at the Grahmstown Festival. The article also reflects on the nature of the band and speaks about how they wish to recapture the spirit of the past rather than trying to copy them. The second article refers to the atmosphere of their performance by reflecting on the bands choice of songs and outfits.
